Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage uses deep pressure and friction techniques to relieve chronic tension and pain in the muscles and connective tissue. It is performed by applying firm pressure using hands, fingers, elbows or a massage tool. This intense form of massage is used to treat specific areas of pain.
Cupping
Myofascial cupping is a therapy targeting the fascia, the connective tissue around muscles and bones. Cups are placed on tight or painful areas for several minutes, using suction to loosen fascia and increase blood flow, reducing pain and improving function.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a therapy using thin filament needles to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve function. It stimulates healing and improves blood flow in the affected area to relieve pain and enhance function.
IASTM
IASTM is a manual therapy technique using specialized instruments to identify and treat soft tissue damage or dysfunction. It applies precise pressure to the affected area to effectively treat specific soft tissue damage.
ELECTRO-
THERAPY
Electrotherapy utilizes devices that generate electrical pulses to stimulate nerves and muscles through electrode pads placed on the skin. The electric currents used can vary in intensity, frequency, and type, depending on the therapeutic goal. These pulses mimic the body’s natural electrical signals, which can help modulate pain, promote blood flow, reduce inflammation, and encourage the body’s healing processes.
